EriKidan LTD respects your privacy. This notice explains how we collect, use, protect and share personal information when you visit our websites, register an interest, receive an invitation, or use an EriKidan member service.
1. Who controls your information
EriKidan LTD is the controller of the personal information described in this notice. We are registered in Rwanda and can be contacted at support@erikidan.com, +250 732 531 919, or KK 238 Street, Akagera, Kabeza, Kanombe, Kicukiro District, City of Kigali, Rwanda.
2. Information we may collect
- Interest and contact information: name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, country of residence, area of interest and any message you choose to send.
- Member-administration information: account and invitation details, communication records, membership status, contribution evidence and share-record information where necessary for an approved member process.
- Technical and security information: login, device, browser, IP-address, access and audit information needed to operate, protect and troubleshoot the services.
- Verification and compliance information: identity or supporting documents only when an approved private process requires them. We do not request identity documents through public website forms.
3. Why we use information
We use personal information to respond to enquiries; administer invitation-only membership processes; communicate with you; maintain company, governance and financial records; prevent fraud and protect the services; meet applicable legal obligations; and establish, exercise or defend legal claims where necessary.
4. Legal grounds and consent
Depending on the activity, EriKidan relies on consent, steps requested before entering an agreement, performance of an agreement, legal obligations, and legitimate interests in securely administering the company and its services. Where explicit consent is required, particularly for sensitive or identity-verification processing, we will ask for it at the relevant step. You may withdraw consent at any time, but this may affect a request or admission process that depends on the information.
5. If identity verification is enabled
Before a member begins identity verification, EriKidan provides a just-in-time notice and, where required, obtains explicit consent. The process may involve identity-document images, selfie or facial images, liveness information, device or IP indicators, fraud signals, verification results and supporting audit information. Didit may use automated systems to assess document integrity, liveness, face comparison and fraud indicators, and some sessions may be referred for human review. EriKidan remains responsible for its own admission and membership decisions; a verification result is one input, not an automatic admission decision.
6. Service providers and transfers outside Rwanda
We do not sell personal information. We may share information only with authorised personnel and service providers that help us operate the websites and member services, subject to access controls and contractual or provider terms.

Where information is transferred or stored outside Rwanda, EriKidan applies the safeguards, provider arrangements and authorisation process required under applicable Rwanda data-protection law.
7. Security and retention
We use role-based access, private storage, encrypted web connections, audit records and other proportionate technical and organisational measures. We keep information only for the periods below, unless a longer period is required to meet a legal obligation, preserve a contract or company record, resolve a dispute, protect against fraud, or comply with a lawful hold. At the end of the applicable period, we securely delete or anonymise the information.

8. Your rights and complaints
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to personal information we hold about you, correction of inaccurate information, deletion or restriction of certain processing, object to certain processing, and withdraw consent where consent applies. To make a request, email support@erikidan.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. You may also raise a complaint with the competent Rwanda data-protection authority.
9. Cookies and changes
Our websites use essential cookies and may use basic analytics cookies. You can control cookies through your browser settings. We may update this notice as our services, provider arrangements or legal obligations change; the effective date above identifies the current version.
