Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of EriKidan’s public website and invitation-only member services. By using them, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the services.

1. Informational purpose and private-company status

Website content is provided for general information and discussion. It is not an offer, solicitation or invitation to buy or subscribe for securities, nor investment, legal, tax or financial advice. EriKidan LTD is a private company limited by shares. Participation, if any, is subject to separate written agreements, eligibility checks, applicable law, governance approvals and any required company records.

2. No promise of participation or return

We aim to keep material information accurate and current, but do not guarantee completeness, availability, returns, dividends, appreciation, liquidity, approval of participation or any particular outcome. Any decision you make using information from the site is your responsibility and should be supported by independent professional advice where appropriate.

3. Invitation-only member services

Member services are private and may be accessed only through an approved, individual account. An invitation or account does not itself create membership, record a payment, issue a share, create a shareholder right or constitute acceptance into an investment or other arrangement. EriKidan may require additional documentation, verification, agreement execution, governance approval or other lawful steps before a process is completed.

4. Your responsibilities

You must provide information that is accurate and current, use only your own account, protect your login credentials, and promptly notify EriKidan of suspected unauthorised access. You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, introduce harmful material, impersonate another person or use the services for an unlawful purpose.

5. Privacy and document handling

Our Website Privacy Notice explains how personal information is handled. Do not upload identity, bank, payment or other sensitive documents through a public website form. Where EriKidan asks for information in a private service, the relevant notice, consent and instructions shown in that service apply.

6. Intellectual property and third-party services

The EriKidan name, logo, design and website content are owned by or licensed to EriKidan LTD and may not be copied, reproduced or used without written permission except as allowed by law. Links to external sites, including service providers and official verification services, are supplied for convenience; their content, availability and privacy practices are governed by their own terms.

7. Availability, changes and suspension

We may change, pause, secure, restrict or withdraw all or part of the website or a private service where reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, legal compliance, operational integrity or development. We may update these Terms; the effective date above identifies the current version.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, EriKidan LTD is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from access to, inability to access, or reliance on the public website. Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it cannot lawfully be limited.

9. Governing law and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Rwanda. Any dispute is subject to the competent courts or other lawful dispute-resolution process in Rwanda. Questions may be sent to support@erikidan.com.
