Private company — not public securities
EriKidan Ltd. is structured as a private company limited by shares under Rwandan company law (including Law N° 007/2021 governing companies, as amended). It is not a publicly traded company and does not offer or advertise public securities. It works through private shareholder participation, approved partnerships and properly documented business opportunities.
No guaranteed outcomes
EriKidan Ltd. does not guarantee returns, appreciation, dividends, income or liquidity. All investment and business activity carries risk, including the risk of loss. Past or projected performance is not a promise of future results.
Participation is conditional
Any participation is subject to approval, completion of due diligence, execution of the applicable company documents (such as the Articles of Association, Shareholders' Agreement and, where relevant, a Deed of Adherence), provision of identity, beneficial-ownership and source-of-funds information, and compliance with applicable law. Company funds pass through company accounts, with proper records and transparent reporting.
